Is there really no credit system?
Really. Everything Qualifier does with your prospects, sourcing, verification, personalization, sending, and follow-ups, is included. Nothing is metered separately.
How does billing work?
The price is per user and per month, on a 12-month agreement billed annually. Invoicing is standard for all Nordic customers.
Can we add users later?
Yes. Add users whenever you need. The price per user is in steps, so ask us for the exact number.
Do we need to buy data or email accounts separately?
No. Prospect data and email verification are always included, and outreach is sent from your own inbox through Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP. There is nothing extra to procure.
Where is our data stored?
The database and backups are on servers in the EU. Qualifier.ai is a Swedish company and handles prospect and customer data under GDPR. Every subprocessor and where it processes data is listed in our data processing agreement.
